Stop Processes

Run each RKill process until the process stops

• Open folder with saved files.
• Starting from the first file, run each one until the virus process has been
• The successful file will display that the process has been stopped.
  DO NOT restart computer until you have finished step 3 and removed the virus.

Run

Remove Virus

Run application and search through computer, it can take 1 hour

• Download the application and install on your PC/Laptop.
• Note: Do not run software until the virus has been stopped. Once the virus has been detected, follow instructions and virus should be gone.
